Our Services
Core services, done right: decorative concrete, retaining walls, patio/driveway replacement, and new-construction foundations, each built for Ohio's freeze-thaw climate.
Decorative & Stamped Concrete
Colored and stamped finishes for driveways and patios are a durable way to get the look of stone, slate, or brick at a fraction of the cost. We work with you on pattern and color to match your home's style.
- Stamped patterns: stone, slate, brick, and more
- Integral and broadcast color options
- Sealed finish for long-term color retention
- Ideal for driveways, patios, and pool decks
Retaining Walls
We remove and replace old block, timber, stone, or crumbling concrete walls with a built-to-last replacement: poured concrete or VersaLok-style segmental block. Depending on wall height, engineered drawings may be required for accurate pricing and safe installation; we can refer qualified engineers when that's the case.
Full-service rebuild includes:
- Demolition and debris removal
- Site prep and grading for drainage and a stable base
- Engineered build with footings, reinforcement, and compaction
- Drainage system (drain tile, gravel, and fabric) to reduce hydrostatic pressure
- Finished with stone, block, or poured-concrete caps
- Local permits handled by us
All wall work is warranted and built for Ohio freeze-thaw conditions. Free, no-obligation estimates and site visits.

Patios, Sidewalks & Driveways
We replace cracked, sunken, or old patios, sidewalks, and driveways to restore safety, function, and curb appeal. That means full demolition, debris removal, grading, forming, and pouring a new 4″ concrete slab, not a patch job.
- Standard broom, swirl, or stamped & colored finishes
- Proper slope engineered for drainage
- Solid compacted gravel base to minimize freeze-thaw stress
- Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and slabs
New Construction & Foundations
We pour footings, foundation walls, and monolithic slabs for new-build homes and major additions. Whether you're a homeowner working with your own builder or a GC lining up a sub, we work off your plans, hold our spot on your schedule, and pour to grade.
What we handle:
- Footings and foundation walls, poured to plan
- Monolithic and structural slabs
- Site grading and compaction ahead of the pour
- Coordination with builders, GCs, and other trades on schedule
- Local permits handled by us
Best fit for new-build homes and additions with 40+ linear feet of wall or a full foundation scope. Reach out early, since these jobs need to be scheduled around your broader build timeline.

FAQ
Questions homeowners ask us most
Straight answers about timelines, permits, weather, and pricing.
Concrete is typically firm enough to walk on within 24–48 hours, but it keeps gaining strength for about a month. We'll give you specific timelines for foot traffic, furniture, and vehicles based on the mix and weather at the time of your pour.
Yes, local permitting is handled by us as part of the job, so you don't have to track down paperwork or navigate the county process. We'll let you know upfront if your project needs one.
Concrete work is weather-dependent, so we monitor the forecast closely and will reschedule a pour if rain, high heat, or freezing temps would compromise the finish. We communicate any date changes as early as possible so it doesn't blindside your plans.
Yes, every install comes with a 1-year warranty on our craftsmanship and materials from the date of completion. If an issue comes up within that year, we'll come back out, evaluate it, and if it's determined the cause was substandard placement on our end (not misuse, ground movement, or an act of God), we'll repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you. We'll go over the specific terms for your project before you sign off on the estimate.
No. For quick-turnaround flatwork like driveway removal and replacement, we ask for 40% down to get started, with the balance due once the job is complete. For larger projects scheduled more than two weeks out, we ask for $1,000 at signing to hold your spot on the schedule, then 45% the day we start work, with the remaining balance due on completion. Exact terms are always spelled out in your written estimate.
Every project is different based on size, site prep, and finish, so we always start with a free, no-obligation estimate rather than a generic price list. Call or send us a few details and we'll give you a straight number for your specific job.
We can take on site prep, planning, and some projects through the cooler months, but concrete pours need the ground and air temperature to cooperate. We'll help you find the right window and get you scheduled as early in the season as conditions allow.
Yes, we pour footings, foundation walls, and slabs for new-build homes and additions, and we coordinate directly with builders, GCs, and other trades on scheduling. These jobs get lined up around your broader build timeline, so reach out as early as possible once you have plans.
